$2.5B development of 46 acre parcel from wetlands to full occupancy. Led multi-disciplinary teams responsible for:
Regulatory & entitlement strategy – Oversight of campus design review and permitting processes across federal, state, regional, and local authorities.
Utility & infrastructure coordination – Management of multi-agency service integration for water, stormwater, recycled water, power, and sanitary sewer systems.
