Agencywide Real Property Divestment Program – NASA Headquarters, Project Locations: Multiple -  AL, CA, FL, OH, MD, VA, MS, TX 
Developed agency-wide framework for compliant disposal of federal property, including demolition, GSA transfer, and fed-to-fed reuse across multiple NASA Centers.

Agencywide Real Property Valuation & Advisory Program – NASA Headquarters, Project Locations: Multiple -  AL, CA, FL, LA, MS, MD, TX, VA

Developed agency-wide framework for compliant appraisal and valuation of federal property in support of long-term ground lease, public-private partnership, transfer, development and reuse across multiple NASA Centers. 

Demolition & Site Restoration Oversight – NASA Headquarters, Project Location: Santa Clara County, CA

Project managed demolition of tenant improvements above and below grade including electrical utilities removal resulting in site restoration. Coordinated permits, agreements, and task orders for utility and demolition requirements in support of future site development plans.

Campus Development - NASA Headquarters, Project Location: Santa Clara County, CA

$2.5B development of 46 acre parcel from wetlands to full occupancy. Led multi-disciplinary teams responsible for:

• Regulatory & entitlement strategy – Oversight of campus design review and permitting processes across federal, state, regional, and local authorities.

• Utility & infrastructure coordination – Management of multi-agency service integration for water, stormwater, recycled water, power, and sanitary sewer systems.
  
  

• Roadway and right-of-way planning – Expansion of campus roadway capacity from two to four lanes, including negotiation of right-of-way access on federal property.
  
  

• Joint utility corridor development – Planning and coordination of a multi-service utility trench (electric, gas, telecom) and relocation of fiber-optic infrastructure.
  
  

• Electrical system modernization – Oversight of undergrounding of electrical utilities between substations to enhance reliability and reduce operational risk.
  
  

• Intersection safety & compliance – Redesign of a major intersection, integrating historic and protected-resource considerations and installation of four-way traffic signals.
