Ground Lease Compliance Inspections — Federal Institutional Housing Portfolio

Performed property condition and ground lease compliance inspections supporting institutional asset oversight across multiple federal installations. Conducted field observations and condition documentation addressing buildings, site improvements, infrastructure, and life, health, safety, and compliance conditions.

Agencywide Real Property Divestment Program — NASA Headquarters

Project Locations: Multiple locations nationwide

Developed an agencywide framework for compliant disposal of federal real property, including demolition, GSA transfer, federal-to-federal reuse, and other disposition strategies across multiple NASA Centers.

Campus Development — Santa Clara County, California

Supported development of a $2.5 billion, 46-acre campus from initial site development through occupancy. Led multidisciplinary coordination involving regulatory approvals, entitlements, utilities, roadway and right-of-way planning, easements, electrical infrastructure, water storage and distribution, and relocation of mission-critical infrastructure.

Demolition & Site Restoration — Santa Clara County, California

Managed demolition and restoration of tenant improvements above and below grade, including electrical utility removal and site restoration. Coordinated permits, agreements, contractors, utilities, and other requirements supporting future development.

Recycled Water & Utility Infrastructure — Santa Clara County, California

Led complex utility projects involving recycled water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, easements, service agreements, regulatory coordination, and new utility connections supporting long-term site development.
